Great to be here!!!! That is a very strong word for our world-infested Church society AND GENERATION. I strongly believe that the setback in the Church today is our failure to realize this very truth, that the world is our enemy. This is truly a TIMELY WORD.God bless Dad and we love you not for anything else but for who God continue to mold you to be.

FATHER HELP US TO RESIST THE DEVIL AND ALL FORM OF WORLDLINESS.

I agree with what Dave and Sister Tammy said. It is important that we as Christians not allow ourselves to become slaves to the world because if we do, we become just like the world and no longer are able to effectively be about our "father's bussiness"-which is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ.

A slave is whatever you have allowed to overtake your life, rather that be work your family you name. What price is the question that I ask myself when I'm about tom do something? Is it worth the price and the cost? I know that when Imwas a slave to sin, I did not realize it, but thank God like you say Apostle who am I willing to be a slave to now, I choose Jesus!

That is so true Apostle because when person has it truly down in their heart that they are going to surrender all and serve God,like you talked about in your message no one will ever be able to convince them other wise. One because like you said above they take up their cross willing to be despised and hated by the world because it is so much bigger than us!

You're right...God is not lucky to have us. We're lucky to have Him! I think when we have that type of arrogant attitude, we get ourselves into trouble and can have a close relationship with God. We'll continue to think more highly of ourselves than what we should. At that point, God can't use us and we can't be effective.

Excellent words. I know you spoke about this when you originally preached it. I have to admit, since then (and even reading your blog), I've forced myself to re-evaluate what I've allowed myself to be a slave to. Thanks for the great words and encouragement to stop being a slave.

However, the worlds view of Jesus is totally different than what true believers have in their hearts and minds about Jesus. How then do you live that life that Jesus wants you to live protraying who He really was?

Apostle, after I deny my self, pick up my cross, and say Lord here I am Lord, I give my my self to you and I am dropping everything that has to do with me and I am going to put my focus on everything that has to do with you, How do I keep that type of attitude going?
