It is important that we as Christians not allow ourselves to become slaves to the world because if we do, we become just like the world and no longer are able to effectively be about our "father's bussiness"-which is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. We're lucky to have Him! I think when we have that type of arrogant attitude, we get ourselves into trouble and can have a close relationship with God.
